A native of Berkeley, California, Bruce has owned Fantasy Junction since 1976. He has an A.A. in Business Administration and a B.A. in International Marketing. Bruce has been an automotive enthusiast all his life and started auto racing in 1968 running a Formula Vee, then a Formula C, and ultimately a Formula B before totally running out of money. He continues to race today, running everything from a Riley and Scott prototype at the Daytona 24 hours, an Acura Integra R at the Nurburgring 24 hours, to a 1935 Alfa-Romeo 8C35 Grand Prix car, Alfa Monza or a Lola T70 at the Monterey Historics. Whether pounding down the Mulsanne straight at LeMans in a Delehaye or Ferrari SWB, or watching his car get crushed by the organizers at the 24 Hours of Lemons, Bruce enjoys the competition to the fullest. Bruce also enjoys traveling the world with his eyes peeled for interesting automobiles in the most unlikely places, spending time in Europe, Asia, Africa, South America and the Middle East. Bruce often hosts many of the world's largest collectors and dealers during the course of the year. For the want of a Lancia Aurelia piston Bruce Trenery and Chris met nearly forty years ago. For the past ten years Chris has been the Office Manager at Fantasy Junction. The pursuit of double majors in Ichthyology and Chinese history at USF have provided Chris with the ideal background for dealing with Fantasy Junction’s highly diversified product and customer bases. With extensive experience in the world wide re-insurance industry he is practiced at the transfer of goods, services and funds internationally and is ready to assist Fantasy Junction’s customers with their specific needs large and small. As do all of Fantasy Junction’s staff, Chris has a deep interest in the automobile and its social and technical development. His mechanical interests are usually directed toward Lanica automobiles, Schwinn Paramount bicycles and Mido watches. His favorite color is grey and his personal hero is Joseph Glydon.
An employee of Fantasy Junction since 2001, Chris is in charge of photographing each car and adding it to the Fantasy Junction website. Chris can also be found in the Fantasy Junction truck and trailer collecting and dropping off classic cars all over the Bay Area. Chris loves working with all sorts of cars from Ferraris and Mercedes Benz to Lancias and Porsches. Chris can often be found driving in the slow lane in his 1965 Lancia Fulvia 2C sedan as his daily commuter car. The highlight of 2009 for Chris was getting married to his beautiful wife Katie.

Derek's association with Fantasy Junction goes back to before he could tie his own shoes. Like many Bay Area residents, Derek's family took regular outings to Fantasy Junction, and also employed their services in selling a few cars. Derek joined Fantasy Junction in 2003 as the 'other' detail man, but now works in the office writing descriptions (he is responsible for most of the written content of the site), keeping the website current, and acting as the resident encyclopedia for esoteric information of questionable utility about cars of all types, though his strongest alliances are with Porsche. Consistent with that is his daily driver, a somewhat raucous and judiciously lightened 911 Carrera. In 2009, he founded The Motoring Enthusiast. After a year at university near Boston, Derek completed his undergraduate studies at Stanford University, graduating with distinction, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering, also at Stanford, and can be found at Fantasy Junction during his breaks and on Saturdays.
An experienced racer in his own right, Jeff Read joined as part of the Fantasy Junction staff in 2009. With a background in management and motorsports, Jeff understands the automotive process and looks after operational duties ranging from light mechanical corrections to assisting with vehicle delivery and collection. Jeff has been part of the Fantasy Junction Endurance Race Team for over a decade, and has been involved with special interest cars since he was a young boy.
